The Laurentic Bar is based in the beautiful scenery of Linsfort, Buncrana, Co. Donegal. The bar labeled "The Ship" by the locals, is named after the 1909 "SS Laurentic", a British ocean liner of the White Star Line.

Located 1 mile from Buncrana, on the road to the beautiful and historical Dunree military fort and museum.

On some nights there is also live music. There is a pool table, darts and the bar is dog friendly.

The restaurant is currently closed, but it may reopen in the future. The bar are happy to order you takeaway which you can eat in the bar (plates and cutlery provided!).

Parking

4 hard standing pitches with electric and water. Plenty of space in the car park for those who don't need hookup.

Grey and black water disposal available.

Newly added in May 2026 are showers and toilets

Costs

20 euro a night including electric.

10 euro in the "overflow parking" if no hookup is needed.
