Listowel aire is based on the edges of farmland and close to some derelict farm buildings. There is a recent concrete platform where there is fresh water and a chemical toilet disposal and one electric connection. There are a couple more UK plug socket electric connection in a small building. Aside from that, there is a large gravel area with room for probably 12 vans.
There is a public park close by, a Pitch and Putt course, Gaelic football pitches and a children’s play area with slides and swings. The town of Listowel is a short walk away as are two supermarkets - Aldi and Lidl.
There is currently no grey water drain, but it is allowed to release it on the grass areas.
