The parking for Larkin's pub is nearby at the marina. Picnic tables and barbecue area. Two pubs within five minutes walk. Forest walks from car park plus easy access to water for a swim.

Free parking at the marina, which has Waterways Ireland facilities, so there are toilets available 24 hours and showers with a Waterways Ireland card which you can buy at the bar.

Note the showers and toilet are not open in the winter.
