The Singing Pub is a family owned and operated pub restaurant ideally situated on the Atlantic Drive just 5 mins drive from the village of Downings.

Food

Served most days. Out of peak season best to check the Facebook page for updates as some days the pub was closed. For example in October 2025 the bar was closed Monday - Wednesday, bar only (no food) Thursday and then food Friday to Sunday.

Costs

15 euro per night or 20 euro with electric.

Parking

Fairly level gravel area separated from the main car park by a barrier. Access is only available when the pub is open, so out of peak season check the hours or ring.

Get a key fob from the bar when paying and return it in the morning for a deposit refund. You may have to hang around until some bar staff arrive in the morning if you want an early get away, so make sure to ask if that is the case.

Toilets 24 hours and showers.

Black / Chemical disposal. Unsure about grey water.

Some reports that caravans and tents are now allowed to stay over.
